My Parties.NET Return Policy

 

At My Parties.NET we make every effort to produce and sell the best products at reasonable and competitive prices. Your satisfaction is our main priority. If you're not satisfied with our product(s) simply contact us first by phone at 323-383-6896 within 14 business days of the product delivery date. Product delivery date means the day you received your package. Once we have received your item we will inspect and verify the item's condition and issue a refund or store credit. In order for an item to be considered for a refund or store credit, it must be in new condition, original packing, un opened and in resalable condition. Shipping charges are not refundable and customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with the return item(s).

 

The following items cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit. No Exceptions:

 

▪ Unpacked item

▪ Paper Product

▪ All back ordered items

 

Shipping Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your order prior to being shipped you must call us to cancel the order. We will accept cancelled orders before the item is shipped or before the end of the business day when the item was ordered. We will void your order and refund or give you store credit.

 

Defective Product Policy

Defective items can be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 business days of the product delivery date. Product delivery date means the day you received your package. To return the defective item simply contact us by phone at 323-383-6896 within 14 business days of the product delivery date. Once we have received the defected item, we will inspect it and verify its condition. For the item to be defective the product has to be at a minimum 5% defective. We will inspect the item and compare it to what the customer has said.

The item must come with its original packaging. My Parties.NET will determined the validity of the claim and once approved will make an exchange or refund. A refund includes material cost and shipping charge. For exchanges no shipping costs will be charged.

   Defective Item Eligibility

   For an item to be considered defective it must be at a minimum 5% defective.

 

Shipping Information for Replacement of Item

For items that are defective, damaged during shipping, an exchange request, or for any other reason will be shipped via USPS Priority or FedEx Ground. The items should arrive 2 to 3 business days after we have shipped it.

 

Procedures for Defective, Incorrect Item and Exchanges

Defective items will be shipped as soon as we validate the claim. This may involving testing the product or receiving pictures/samples of the defects. If you need the item expedited we recommend you purchase the item and we will refund the money back once we have the returned item.

 

Claims for Lost or Damaged Shipments

My Parties.NET  will take full responsibility for lost or damaged shipments. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible when you think the item has been lost or damaged.

 

Miscellaneous Returns and Refunds

Requests for a refund are considered case by case. My Parties.NET will validate and authenticate the returned item before releasing the funds. A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount. Shipping cost for returns/refunds will not be reimbursed.
